Leslie Rushing is a Bankruptcy and Real Estate Attorney at Connolly, Geaney, Ablitt & Willard, PC. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Associate Attorney in the areas of bankruptcy, real estate and foreclosure law.
Raised in Denver, North Carolina, Mrs Rushing received her BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina in 2008. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Leslie worked in the area of corporate law in Davidson, North Carolina. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mrs. Rushing was an editor of the International Research and Citation Guide, and was awarded the Dean’s List and Book Award in Bankruptcy, Florida Land Development, and Real Property. She was recognised with a special honour upon graduation from law school for completing many pro bono hours and was a liaison for NSU Law.
She is admitted to practise in all Florida state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and the corresponding Bankruptcy Courts in Florida.
