Working Document on the Council Directive 90/314/EEC on Package Travel (Brussels 26 July, 2007)
The aim of this document is to set out the main regulatory problems posed by the regulation of package travel and consult industry stakeholders, consumers’ organisations and Member States on issues related to the Directive. The consultation takes into account the findings set out in the report on the implementation of the Directive, the opinions of the European Parliament and the Council, and the views of a number of stakeholders.
