Two memorable phrases come to mind from a recent visit to New Zealand. The first was “You can’t drown in a wetsuit.” For an uncertain swimmer such as myself, just about to drop into the sea to swim with dolphins these were sweet words indeed, enough to stave off any immediate thoughts of drowning
