The Government has published a consultation document entitled Aviation Consumer Policy Reform in which it asks for responses on four areas of consumer protection for airline passengers:

 

The consultation document is supported by two other publications, an Impact Assessment on Compensation for delays to UK domestic flights and a second Impact Assessment on instituting a system of mandatory ADR.

 

Responses are required by 27 March 2022.
