X v Kuoni. Advocate General rules against Kuoni
The Advocate General’s opinion in the case of X v Kuoni has just been released and it is not good news for tour operators. Essentially the opinion advises that, Kuoni are responsible for the actions of the hotel employee who raped the claimant in this case. The full opinion can be found here.
