Regulation (EC) No 1371 2007 on Rail Passengers Rights and Obligations – This Regulation aims at establishing rights and obligations for rail service users. It creates new rights in relation to information for passengers; compensation for lost or damaged luggage; compensation for death or injury; compensation for delays and cancellations; and extra protection for disabled passengers.
