Reforming ATOL: The New Consultation

It has been a long time coming, but on 23 February 2018 the Department for Transport (‘DfT’) and the Civil Aviation Authority (‘CAA’) both published consultations on the changes they intend to make to the ATOL scheme as part of the UK’s implementation of the Package Travel Directive 2015 (‘New PTD’).
